If you still have problems tracking your order , send an email to our support team including your order code. It will be something like #1234 and we need it to help you track your package.

This code is present in all emails sent by us (Attention: It is not the email sent by Mercado Pago , but the email sent by us. )

Once you have your order code (#1234), we will respond within 48 business hours.
